At Wave Wear LLC, we aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure that your orders arrive on time and in perfect condition.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within the United States.
- International shipping options may be available in the future.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (if available)
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs vary based on the order total, shipping method, and destination.
- The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package using the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- All orders are inspected and securely packed before shipping.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at farah@wavewear.site within 12 hours of placing your order.
3. Delivery Issues & Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
4. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
- If the customer chooses not to have the order resent, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
